Implemented structural changes to assembly line increasing production 15% and reducing the consult backlog from 23,254 to 17,848 in a five-month period.

Facilitated change management activities within departments using LEAN principles. Developed process for information tracking within teams.

Initiated Mentorship program boosting employee participation by 10%.

Instrumental in the vaccination of over 6000 Veterans. Responsible for adequate personnel coverage and training to meet program needs.

Ensured timely implementation of the VISN System Redesign tasks that resulted in a reduction in consult processing time.

Assisted in changing the OCC organizational culture to reflect unity and a single team method of operation resulting in a culture centered around team cohesion and a desire to excel.
